Galvanized Welded Mesh Panel

Galvanized welded mesh panel includs GAW (galvanized after weld) welded wire meshes and GBW (galvanized before weld) welded wire meshes.

GAW (galvanized after welded) : wire meshes and fences are strong and durable. These products are made by dipping previously welded mesh into a bath of molten zinc. The entire fence or mesh, including the welded areas, is thoroughly sealed and protected against rust and corrosion. GBW (galvanized before welded) : wires are galvanized before welding also referred to GBW. The intersections of the welds will have less galvanized protection. The wires used in the manufacturing process are galvanized before they are welded into a variety of mesh sizes. The gauge and mesh sizes are determined by the final use of the product.

There are various methods of galvanizing. Two of the most common are electro galvanized wire mesh (prior to weaving / welding) and hot dipped galvanized wire mesh (post weaving / welding). The finished products have level and sturdy structure and widely used as guards in buildings and factories, as animal enclosure and fence in agriculture, it is also used in horticulture industry as tree guards, plant protection.

Carbon steel wire welded into a network → heating → cooling to the required temperature of hot-dip galvanizing/ electro galvanizing→ cooling → storage.
